🚚 Shipping Charges

✅ Return Period

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• You must share photos and a short video of the product and packaging with our customer support team on WhatsApp before sending the item.

✅ Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags/labels intact.
• The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
• We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of use, wear, or tampering.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, discounted items, or gift hampers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Items cannot be returned for minor shade or colour differences, as lighting and screen display may affect product appearance.

⚠ COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
